Sachin had still not made his debut. Landlines were luxury and STD booths were not heard of. The year was 1985. Time when Green and White Revolutions were changing the face of India. These revolutions also changed the destiny of Dadabhai Chawda.
Dadabhai Chawda, a young man with big dreams, started a small scale business of supplying milk in 1985 in Rajkot. His aim was to provide fresh milk to end consumers and for that he went about village to village every morning to collect milk from dairy farmers.
The volume of business increased owing to his perseverance and high quality sourcing. In 1995, Dadabhai set up Krushna Dairy Parlour and gradually ventured into making penda and sweets. Later, he was joined by his sons who expanded the business adhering to his values.
The third generation of entrepreneurs – grandsons of Dadabhai – introduced Krunik, a new brand to carry forward the legacy of Krushna Dairy Parlour to the new generation. Krunik stands to serve a unique blend of modern offerings with traditional values.
